There are 2,965 Social Housing Units in Wellington County. As of December 2007, 1370 applicants were on the waiting list. Average wait times in 2008 for one-bedroom (through social housing) in Wellington County was 3 to 5 years, with two- and three-bedrooms hovering around a 2 year wait time.

In order to make the dream of a home a realit for a Centre Wellington family, we need you!

Volunteer, donate, or sponsor the build!

Local businesses are needed to off-set the costs of building through financial contributions. A home costs us approximately $180,000 to build - help us decrease this amount by sponsoring the home or Adopting-A-Day on site ($1,500) for your employees/family/friends' birthday parties

Building a home takes many volunteers and many hours. If you are over 16 years old and have ever built or had the desire to build something, then we want you on the build site!
