Building a better future for local families

The Board of Directors is determined to grow the organization’s capacity to consistently build 5 to 10 houses each and every year.  In the first 10 years of building homes, 16 houses have been built; seven in Guelph and nine in five communities of Wellington County.  The plans set out for the next three years are four-fold.

  1. 21 houses; and
  2. Build in Guelph and at least one Wellington County community each year
  3. Continue to improve our building standards to maximize energy efficiency
  4. Increase the diversity of the applicant partner families to more closely reflect our community

The immediate plans for 2012 is a build in Centre Wellington and in Guelph
